Jen & Co. is not responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense.

This is my 2nd Tati style bag from Jen & Co. I love the 3-section interior, the 2 open pockets and the large zippered pocket. The color, to me, is more Spicy Mustard than Fern, but po-tat-o / pa-tah-to.
The lizard texture exterior is stiff, so the structure holds well. I suspect it will soften a little as time goes on, but if not, I'm still happy with the look and function.
My only wish is the designer really should add a loop (like a belt loop) to hold the adjustable-hole section of the shoulder strap flat. On my old bag - which I carried continuously for 3yrs - and on this one, I have to jerry-rig a fix, which is not ideal.
Other than that, the Tati satchels continue to be my go-to design. Great form and function.
Great Quality. Carry as a purse or use the longer strap and use it as a cross-body.
The blue is a beautiful medium teal shade. the texture makes it look classy.
Love the look and feel of the satchel. It feels like leather. Unfortunately, details bother me and the magnetic catch at the top is not centered as can be seen with the naked eye and measurement. I checked and it's due to its construction. I saw the same purse in another store and didn't purchase it because of the same reason. I thought it was likely a fluke but perhaps not. :~(
Love the bag I wish it was bigger but now I won’t carry so much crap. The inside pockets get in the way. I pu small pcs of Velcro Love my bag lots of compliments 🥰
Love this bag! While the strap is long, even at the shortest adjustment, it's the perfect size for all my stuff. To deal with the too-long strap, I've tied a knot and it's now the perfect length.
Bought the white one at a specialty store and I absolutely love it. So much that I had to have the white one too. They’re the only person I wear anymore and I probably have 75 purses. Thanks!!
This bag is exactly what I expected from the photos and description - perfect size for daily needs and perfectly beautiful. It looks so classy. I thought I'd need more pockets, but somehow, I don't...I think because of the deep sections. Either way, it's a great bag.
Beware! I paid $47.25 for this bag plus "free return or exchange label + package Protection" at a cost of $3.98 + shipping and taxes for a grand total of $53.94. However, the bag wasn't the right fit for me, and so I decided to return it. But I was only credited $36.18 for the bag upon return. Everything was intact including the plastic wrap around the purse and other packaging. However, I couldn't find the piece of plastic that covered the shoulder strap, so I folded the strap carefully and put a rubber band around it and slipped it inside the bag. When I saw the amount they credited me, I called customer service and was told that a full refund wasn't credited because the shoulder strap didn't inlcude the plastic wrap. Really? I will NEVER order from Jen & Co. again!!
The original purse I received had a slight defect so I reached out to customer service and they were quick to resolve the situation. Good customer service is hard to find these days, thank you!!!! Would highly recommend.
It is super cute. The cheetah print is subtle, that's what I love. It's a little bit bigger than I wanted, and I wish at least one pocket zipped shut, but overall I love it!!
I love this satchel, and so does my mother-in-law. In fact, this purchase is a Christmas gift for her and I hope to be purchasing another one for myself , in addition to the animal print one I already have.
