Our Story

Jen & Co. didn’t start with handbags.

It started with a single father and two young sons who were counting on him to figure things out. After trying his hand at a few different businesses, he found himself, almost by accident, in an industry he never expected to call home: handbags.

There's something unexpected about a dad raising two boys, building a business centered around women – their style, their taste, and everything they carry with them everyday.

 But maybe that's exactly why it worked. 

He wasn't designing for himself. He was paying attention. He was listening. He was learning what women actually wanted and building something around it.

That instinct became the foundation of Jen & Co.

Today, Jen & Co.  has grown into a team that is almost entirely women – people who understand firsthand the lives our bags are made for. We believe the best products come from listening to the people who use them, paying attention to the details that make something beautiful, and creating something beautiful and functional for everyday life. 

It’s still a story about showing up for the people who depend on you, understanding the women we create for, and building something meaningful one bag at a time – for the women who carry them, and for all the things we carry along the way.
