Thank you for shopping Jen & Co.! It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are unused with original tags and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, we recommend utilizing our Return Portal. If you do not use the Return Portal, you must commence the return process by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your order number or email used to place the order.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All items must come with their original tags and packaging and should exhibit no visible signs of wear. Any item that has been monogrammed or altered in any way is not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days. You will be asked to send a photo if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.
Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees for non-defective returns. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee for any reason. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
