How are you cruelty-free?

At Jen & Co. we don’t use any animal skins or by-products to produce our bags. We pride ourselves on using vegan leather and are PETA approved. We strive to provide a cruelty-free option to those who love fashion and want to look stylish without the use of animals.

Did you lose an attachment to your bag? Or received a damaged product?

Please email us info@jencohandbag.com with a photo of the product and your confirmation email. We will let you know what we can do for you!

I would like to refund/exchange my purchase.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of shipping.

I am an influencer/brand who is interested in doing a collaboration with Jen & Co. Who should I reach out to?

I placed an order on your website and didn't receive a confirmation email.

Order confirmations are sent out immediately. Our emails can sometimes accidentally go to your junk mail or spam folder. Please check these folders and mark us as besties instead of spam. 😘

If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please contact us at info@jencohandbag.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we will be happy to assist your further.

Can I cancel my order?

Items can be canceled if they have not been shipped out.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If your order has not been processed, please follow order cancellation instructions above to cancel the order and place a new order with us.

Can I get a price adjustment?

We do not do price adjustments. Items where price adjustments have been made, will be final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged. Please note that price adjustments will not be made for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and any other holiday. Any products bought during a sale are all final sale. We also do not do price matching.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping cost is based on location and weight of the package.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days after processing period. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing period from the date your order is placed.
