FREE Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders over $100. 

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.

If you select 2-day shipping, please note that your order will be delivered within 2 business days. It will not be delivered over a weekend or holiday.

We will do our best to deliver your package ASAP--we understand how excited you are to receive your order. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and other clearance issues.

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please use another shipping address for your order.

We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Jen & Co! It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible signs of wear.

All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return. Once notified we will send you a replacement and cover shipping & handling fees.

Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees for non-defective returns. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee for any reason.


All returns must have a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number may be refused. Please contact us at for a RMA number.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If you are approved, we will then send you your store credit.

How are we cruelty-free?

At Jen & Co. we don’t use any animal skins or by-products to produce our bags. We pride ourselves on using vegan leather and are PETA-approved. We strive to provide a cruelty-free option to those who love fashion and want to look stylish without the use of animals.

Items can be canceled if they have not been shipped out.

Need to change your order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If your order has not been processed, please follow order cancellation instructions above to cancel the order and place a new order with us.

How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping cost is based on location and weight of the package.

When will you receive your package?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days after processing. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing period from the date your order is placed.

Returns and Adjustments


Exchanges can be made within 14 days of shipping.

Price adjustments

If an item you've purchased has gone down in price and is still in stock, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of your order date.

Please note that items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment. Price adjustments will also not be made for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and any other holiday. Any products bought during a sale are all final sale.
