Jen & Co is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. To continue to provide our customers with a high-quality brand, establish fair trade, and protect the profitability of our retailers, we must establish a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Minimum Retail Price (MRP).

The MAP policy shall work under the following guidelines: 

  1. The Minimum Advertised Price shall not be less than the MAP pricing as published on this price list. MAP pricing is established by Jen & Co. and may be adjusted by Jen & Co. at its sole discretion. 
  1. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Jen & Co. products in all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, television, radio, and public signage, as well as internet sites, social media sites, apps, or any other electronic media. 
  1. The MAP policy is not applicable to: 1) any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the store and not distributed to any customer(s) outside of their store. 2) Brick-and-mortar stores; however, they must maintain a Minimum Retail Price, which is 2x our wholesale price. 
  1. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. All retailers may offer Jen & Co. products at any price in excess of the MAP. 
  1. Retailer agrees to hold all trademarks and copyrights of Jen & Co. as the property of Jen & Co. and use advertising materials provided by Jen & Co. in an authorized manner only. 
  1. Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of account or sales representative. 
  1. Jen & Co. reserves the right to make exception to customers’ pricing or products without notification.

How are we cruelty-free?

At Jen & Co. we don’t use any animal skins or by-products to produce our bags. We pride ourselves on using vegan leather and are PETA-approved. We strive to provide a cruelty-free option to those who love fashion and want to look stylish without the use of animals.

Items can be canceled if they have not been shipped out.

Need to change your order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If your order has not been processed, please follow order cancellation instructions above to cancel the order and place a new order with us.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping cost is based on location and weight of the package.

When will you receive your package?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days after processing. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing period from the date your order is placed.

Returns and Adjustments


Exchanges can be made within 14 days of shipping.

Price adjustments

If an item you've purchased has gone down in price and is still in stock, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of your order date.

Please note that items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment. Price adjustments will also not be made for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and any other holiday. Any products bought during a sale are all final sale.
