FREE Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders over $100. 

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Jen & Co. is not responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible
signs of wear.

All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees for non-defective returns. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee for any reason.
