To clean vegan leather, just mix a bit of mild soap with warm water and wipe with a lint free cloth.

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.
At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Jen & Co. is not responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible
signs of wear.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.

I have the same bag in black and in mustard. I love the bags. The metal on the black and mustard bags look very pretty and go with each bag so nicely. The metal on this off white bag looks very cheap so I was very disappointed.
