Hey babes!
I am so excited for fall fashion! Although summer is my favorite season, you can’t beat fall fashion. One of my favorite yearly traditions is cleaning out my closet after summer ends to make room for my new fall pieces. I have been really into plaid jackets and flannels this year, and I can’t wait to style them as soon as the temperature drops in Georgia.
Jen & Co. has some of the cutest pieces in their fall/winter collection, and I have picked out my top two jackets and bags to show you and explain how I would style them and why I like them so much!
Sullivan Shacket
I am OBSESSED with this jacket! I seriously want it in every color. The Sullivan shacket comes in three different colorways - red/teal, grey/blue and grey/pink. My personal favorite is the red/teal Sullivan shacket - I love the bold colors, and it really reminds me the most of western fashion. I have always loved western fashion and I am so excited to see some of those styles coming back this year. I have seen an increase in aztec prints, fringe, and cowboy boots - basically my dream closet all in one, lol! There are so many different ways to style this jacket, but for the most part I would use this as a casual wear jacket as a statement piece. I would stick to neutral colors, denim, black jeans, neutral tops and dresses. My perfect outfit with this jacket is an all black outfit and short white cowboy boots - obsessed!!
Sadie Crossbody
How cute is this bag? As you already know, I love western fashion and this bag screams it. The Sadie crossbody comes in three different colors, dark teal, tan and brown. And yes, it does come with the aztec guitar strap shown in the picture. My personal favorite is the dark teal color - it is so rich and unique! Similar to the Sullivan shacket, this product would be a statement piece for any outfit. When I first saw this bag, I originally thought of it as a casual outfit accessory, but as I started researching the fringe trend and saw what others were wearing with fringe bags… I know realize that this bag can really elevate a look. I love the look the model is wearing in the photo - the beige and tan colors are a great contrast with the bag, and I think mixing this bag with a blazer was genius. My perfect outfit with the Sadie bag would be a beige blazer, tan top and denim jeans with heeled ankle boots. I need it!! The Sadie bag will be live on the site on October 6th, 2021.
Timani Satchel
There are so many ways I would like to style the Timani satchel! First of all, you can wear this bag as a crossbody with the striped guitar strap or you can remove the guitar strap and carry it as a satchel with the black handles. Depending on the way I would wear Timani, crossbody or satchel, would determine how I style this bag. In my opinion the crossbody option would be perfect for more casual looks such as jeans and a top while the satchel option would be a more elevated look. I love the plaid print the Timani satchel comes in, and I have noticed that plaid is going to be a big trend this fall. I especially like mixing prints like the model is doing with the aztec Sullivan jacket and the plaid print of the bag. Timani comes in multiple aztec prints, cheetah prints and a cow print. This bag will be live on our site on October 6th, 2021.
Starling Jacket
I have major heart eyes for this jacket! It is plaid but in a neutral print which makes it a perfect piece for your fall wardrobe. I love having basic pieces that I can use on multiple occasions, and this jacket is definitely one I will be adding to my collection! This jacket is so cozy and comes in two colors, blue/taupe and taupe/grey shown in the picture. I would style this jacket with casual looks for the most part with jeans and a comfy sweater. This jacket will give you enough room to layer underneath it which is one of my favorite things to do in the colder months. You can shop this style today - I will link it here.
I am so excited to start planning out my fall outfits using my top four products from the Jen & Co. fall/winter collection! Stay tuned on Jen & Co.'s instagram @jencohandbag for more fall/winter items.
