Shipping:
FREE Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders over $100.
For standard shipping, you should receive your order
within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 2-3
business days for processing from the date your order is placed.
We will do our best to deliver your package ASAP--we understand how
excited you are to receive your order. However, additional time may be
required due to invalid addresses and other clearance issues.
At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please use another shipping address for your order.
We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or
incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient
addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your
expense.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Rates are determined by the carrier.
Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Jen & Co! It's important to us that
you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason
you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are
unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible
signs of wear.
All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us
within 3 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not
eligible for return. Once notified we will send you a replacement and
cover shipping & handling fees.
Customers are responsible
for shipping & handling fees for non-defective
returns. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee
for any reason.
All returns must have a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number may be refused. Please contact us at cs@jencohandbag.com for a RMA number.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
notification. If you are approved, we will then send you your store
credit.
